Cabinet or pantry—beans, canned soup, tuna fish, whole wheat crackers.
Freezer—frozen Snappy Meals, frozen veggies and corn, frozen chicken sausages and pre-cooked meats.

Hook Your Tuesday-Self Up: Batch Cooking For the Win!
When you have a minute to prep a meal, make multiple servings at once and set your end-of-the-week self up. Batch cook it out! When you’re measuring and cutting, just increase your recipe to make multiple servings. Then use our Snappy Prep storage containers and labels to organize your servings for later in the week or even freeze for those days that you are busier. For example, batch cook the dry ingredients in the mug-cake mix (above) and store in the pantry for the fastest comfort food quick fix.

Prep Crew!
We will host weekly communal meal prep virtual gatherings where we introduce new Quick Fix meals and prep them together as a group to set ourselves up for the week.
